Freeman Bethea, 57, of New Haven, is accused of pawning a bicycle.
Bethea is charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Police said it was not clear if Bethea stole the bike, which had been reported stolen from Trumbull.
He is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
