When Nichols crews arrived in the area they found a 16 feet by 8 feet metal framed canopy lying on the power lines, likely caused by heavy winds the night before, Detuzzi said.
Crews also determined 700 feet of a chain link fence around the property was energized after coming in contact with the object on the wires, according to Detuzzi.
