Milling, Resurfacing Scheduled For Trumbull Commuter Lot: Town
A Trumbull commuter lot will be closed during a milling and resurfacing project set to take place in the area in the coming weeks.
TRUMBULL, CT — A Trumbull commuter lot will be closed during a milling and resurfacing project set to take place in the area in the coming weeks, town officials announced Tuesday.
According to the town website, the Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on the commuter lot at Penny Avenue in Trumbull.
Work on the project is scheduled to take place from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Nov. 2 and ending Nov. 5, according to the town.

The commuter lot is expected to be closed during the project, and variable message sign boards will be posted at the commuter lot site at least 72 hours before the closure of the lot, town officials said.
Modifications or extensions to the project's schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions, town officials notes.
