Naked Trumbull Man Accused of Fondling Himself in View of School
The man was seen by adults at St. Theresa School.

A naked man allegedly fondled himself in front of his window facing St. Theresa Church and school.
Frederick William Fries, 66, of the 6000 block of Main Street, is charged with risk of injury to a minor and public indecency.

Police said adults witnessed him fondling himself and officers were concerned because school was letting out at that time.
His bond was set at $5,000.
