New State-of-the-Art HealthCenter Opens in Norwalk

The new state-of-the-art Norwalk HealthCenter at 32 Knight Street is now open. Experts from Hartford HealthCare and Soundview Medical Associates offer a wide range of health services and specialists at this location, which also features an innovative cardiac evaluation center. Patients will also have access to well-known local experts for primary care, nephrology and endocrinology from Soundview, cardiac care with Hartford HealthCare’s Heart and Vascular Institute, and physical and occupational therapy from the on-site rehabilitation team.
