New Trumbull Restaurant's Opening Delayed: Report
The owner told Hearst CT that while the opening may be delayed, it's definitely on track for later this year.
TRUMBULL, CT — Jonathan Gibbons hoped he'd be able to open Fryborg at 10 Broadway Road, which was the site of the former Trumbull Pharmacy, in May, but that has been delayed until August, Hearst Connecticut reported.
One reason for the delay has been "supply issues," Hearst reported.
According to its website, "Fryborg is a restaurant and food truck based out of Milford, CT that specializes in hand-cut, double-fried french fries served with a variety of dipping sauces and toppings, as well as housemade burgers & veggie burgers, locally made hot dogs & sausages, grilled cheese sandwiches, and more."
