Shaquille Anthony Vickers, 20, of New York, faces numerous charges of fraud.
Vickers is charged with fifth-degree larceny, interfering with police and nine counts of credit card fraud.
He is free on $25,000 bond for an appearance Sept. 10 in Bridgeport Superior Court.
