Does anyone in your family work in politics or government?

No.

Previous public office, appointive or elective:

Incumbent, Completing 2nd Term as Town Councilman District 1.

Why are you seeking this office?

I am proud to be seeking reelection for my third term on the Town Council representing District 1. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of serving our community, listening to residents, and working to address the issues that matter most to Trumbull families. This experience has strengthened my understanding of our town’s needs and deepened my commitment to public service.

My decision to run again is grounded in the same love for Trumbull that inspired me the first time, now paired with the perspective that comes from experience. I’ve become a more effective advocate who asks the right questions, does the homework, and builds productive relationships to get results.

My background in sales and coaching continues to help me work collaboratively, solve problems, and negotiate effectively. I remain approachable and open-minded, and I bring a strong work ethic along with a deep respect for the values that make Trumbull such a special place to call home.

If reelected, I will continue to listen, work hard, and represent District 1 with integrity, energy, and a commitment to progress.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:

I will continue to advocate for fiscal transparency and accountability across all departments. I will ask tough but necessary questions and review budgets closely to ensure taxpayer money is spent wisely. My goal is to make sure that every dollar contributes to real value for residents, whether it is in public safety, education, infrastructure, or town services, while maintaining a sustainable and efficient local government.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I am a third generation Trumbull resident. My love of this town is unparalleled. The town of Trumbull will always come first in my heart and will never be swayed by politics.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

Taxes, affordability, and infrastructure remain top priorities because they directly impact the quality of life for Trumbull residents. I believe in smart, responsible budgeting that keeps our town affordable while investing in the services and improvements our community needs.

I am a strong supporter of our Police Department and all first responders. Public safety is essential, and I will continue to advocate for the resources and support they need to protect and serve effectively.

I also believe in properly funding education, while ensuring that every dollar in the school budget is used to its fullest potential. We owe it to our students, families, and taxpayers to provide high-quality education in the most efficient and impactful way possible.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

Over the past four years as an elected official, I have served on more subcommittees, building committees, and boards than most other Town Council members. My strong attendance and active participation in meetings reflect my dedication to the role and to the responsibilities that come with it. In addition, my consistent volunteer work across a variety of town initiatives shows that I am fully committed to serving our residents and making a lasting impact on our community.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

A fellow veteran councilman patted me on the chest after I was sworn into my first term back in 2021 and told me to “Always be yourself and do what you feel is best for your hometown. Don’t ever feel pressure or persuasion to vote a certain way. Do what you feel is best for the residents that put their support and trust in you.”

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I have always believed in being a man for others, a principle that guides how I live and serve our community. Public service goes beyond the council table. It is about showing up, giving back, and leading by example.

As Vice Chairman of the Trumbull Town Council, I’m actively involved in committees that support our town and its youth. I serve on the Community Facilities Building Committee and the Trumbull High School Wellness Center Committee. I also volunteer in many roles that support Trumbull families, including:

Past President, Nichols Improvement Association

Past Member, Board of Education Policy Committee

President, Trumbull Babe Ruth

Director, Trumbull Travel Baseball

Coach, Trumbull Little League

Coach, St. Theresa’s Basketball

Coach, Trumbull Youth Football

Through these roles, I’ve built strong community relationships and gained valuable insight into what matters most to our residents. If reelected, I will continue to bring that same energy, dedication, and hands-on approach to the Town Council.
