"Pee in the Bushes"
The best of Tuesday's comments from Patch readers in your town and neighboring communities.

New Canaan: “How sad for New Canaan residents, not a town that embraces locally grown products. When Fairty's left, the best cider in the world went with it, now probably the only vegetables that are truly available in New Canaan without carcinogens are gone as well…Oh well, some more McMansions can take the place of the farm with glowing lawns sprayed with herbicides that add a nice flavor to the ground water for our kids to drink,” reads one New Canaan commenter’s bittersweet note .
Fairfield: “Pee in the bushes,” suggests a Fairfield reader about the refusal of Conn.’s DOT to include .
Fairfield: “I love that new businesses are flocking to Fairfield (and evidently doing very well), but I have to admit that I am not a fan of Chipotle. In my opinion, their food lacks flavor and the staff tends to act annoyed by customers who want certain toppings on their burritos. I've been to 3 other Chipotle locations in the New England area before, and the Fairfield one shows the same qualities- mundane tasting food and impatient staff. As far as the Mexican fast-food industry goes, I am a HUGE fan of Qdoba and Señor Salsa. Chipotle, while classier than the Moe's across town, lacks good food and a friendly atmosphere.” This is one comment left by a Fairfield Patch reader who doesn’t care for the new Chipotle chain restaurant. though, with lots of people showing love for the new eatery.
