Pfizer Covid-19 Bivalent Booster Vaccinations Available at THD

The Trumbull Health Department has Pfizer Covid-19 bivalent booster vaccine available for those 12 years of age and older. Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment or for more information contact the Health Department at 203-638-5230. Vaccinations are the most effective strategy in combating this illness.

Individuals are eligible for a Pfizer Bivalent booster if:

  • You are over the age of 12 years and have not had a bivalent dose
  • You are 65 years of age or older and have received their first Bivalent Booster at least four months ago
  • You are immunocompromised and have received their first Bivalent Booster at least two months ago

“Positive Covid-19 cases continue to be confirmed in Connecticut,” said Luci Bango, Trumbull Health Department Director of Health. “This is not surprising or unexpected. As residents, we need to continue to be vigilant in our prevention efforts.”

Those most at risk for contracting Covid-19 are older adults (those 60 years of age and older) and people who are immunocompromised.
