Pfizer Covid-19 Boosters Vaccinations Available

The Trumbull Health Department has limited doses of Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine available. Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment or for more information contact the Health Department at 203-638-5230.

Forth dose booster vaccinations are recommended for those 50 years of age and older. Vaccinations are the most effective strategy in combating this illness. The vaccine does not prevent disease. It does, however, reduce the severity of the disease causing fewer hospitalizations and death.

“At this time, Connecticut is seeing a rise in positive cases,” said Luci Bango, Trumbull Health Department Director of Health. “This is not surprising or unexpected. As residents, we need to continue to do our part – get vaccinated, maintain social distancing, wash hands frequently, and stay home if feeling ill.”
