Tyvon Addison, 24, of Waterbury, faces drug charges after police stopped for tinted windows and allegedly found marijuana and crack cocaine.
Addison is charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics.
Police said officers found marijuana cigarettes in the ashtray, baggies, a glass vial and a white rock substance.
His bond was set at $2,500 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
