Kathy Ann (Skirka) Porrazzo, 70, who was born July 15, 1954, in Yonkers and worked as a special education teacher until her retirement in 2010, passed away on Mar. 13, 2025, after enjoying retirement with her husband Bob, frequenting favorite restaurants, visiting “the Sun,” and staying closely connected with her children.

Joseph Guy Capra, 66, who was born Feb. 23, 1959, in Bridgeport and retired after 18 years at Sikorsky Aircraft, passed away on Mar. 6, 2025, after enjoying concerts with his wife Jill, listening to the Rat Pack and Paul Anka, proudly celebrating his Italian heritage, and cheering on the Yankees.

Gail Ryan Hedrick, 76, who was born Jan. 31, 1949, and graduated from Harding High School in 1967, passed away on Mar. 6, 2025. She spent her time as an avid bowler and actively supported the Trumbull Special Olympics and the Trumbull Rotary Club.

Josh Joseph Cappello, 24, who was born Dec. 6, 2000, and pursued a degree in history with a minor in religious studies at Southern Connecticut State University, passed away on Feb. 27, 2025, after a long battle with cancer, having been an avid basketball and baseball player, a passionate student of Middle Eastern history and Arabic, a Star Wars Lego enthusiast, and an advocate for brain tumor research through the "Head to the Hill" event.
