The Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club 2022-2023 Tuesday Bowling at the Nutmeg Lanes in Fairfield. On April 11, in the second half of play, Team 6 (Beecher Taylor, Mike Demichele, Sam Cicalo, Chris Barrett) increased its lead to sixteen (16) points over Team 3 (Paul Schuerlein, Tom Frazer, Clint Vogel, Manny Cabral). John Verdeschi had an awesome day and bowled the single game scratch of 267, the scratch series of 706, the single game with handicap of 291, and the handicap scratch series of 778. Ron Rubato is now is the High Individual Match Point leader with 106 points. The Individual high average is now led by Bob Winston at 195.49, in second is John Verdeschi at 194.70, and in third place is Manny Cabral at 194.54.
The Friday Bowling League in Week 28 of 30 on April 14 Team 5 ( Ron Rubano, Terry McGuirk, Bob Burke, Noel Gabrielle) with a League lead of sixteen (16) points over Team 9 (Jim Rainey, Joe Flewellyn, Robert Winston, Manny Cabral). Noel Gabrielle bowled the high single-game scratch of 226, the scratch series of 672, and the series with handicap of 744. Bob Vagnini bowled the single game with handicap of 266. The Individual high average is held by John Verdeschi at 203.41, in second place is Rich Schwam at 198.87, and in third place is Bob Winston at 195.14.
