At the Tashua Knolls Senior’s Men’s Club on June 7 played a Two-man Best ball tournament at Tashua Knolls Golf Course.
The Gross team awards were Jim Costello and Joe Deluca, who took first place with a 78, in second place was J.Andrew Brodie and Art Pranger with a 78; in third place were Joe Banas and Jack Brennan with a 79; in fourth place was Bob Dolyak and Stephen Christine with an 80; in fifth place was Noel Gabrielle and George Warner with an 82; and in sixth place was Art Levitan and Dick Wiley with an 82.
In the Net competition, the winners were in first place Bob Vagnini and Thomas Kodak with a 58; in second place were George Pastor and Richard Freeman with a 61; in third place were George Gould and Jim Hughes with a 62; in fourth place was Walter Hart and Bud Hersch with a 62; and in fifth place Bob Perry and Joseph Puma with a 63; and in sixth place was James Flynn and Bob Flemming with a 64.
