Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club Bowling
The Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club began its 2023-2024 Tuesday Bowling, with ten four-man teams competing at the Nutmeg Lanes in Fairfield. On October 3, in first place with 83 points and tied with Team 3 (Hugh Norton, Ron Fiorella, Chris Barrett, Terry McGuirk) are Team 8 (Jim Rainey, Drew Kennedy, Alan Careddu, George, Salmon) with a first place lead of twelve points.
Terry McGuirk had the high scratch game of 256 and Bob Winston the three-game series of 612. The team-high single game with a handicap of 998 was bowled by Team 10 (Beecher Taylor, Ivo Pozezanac, Bob Burke, unknown). Also, Team 10 bowled the handicap series of 2777.

The Friday Bowling League opened its season on October 6 with 12 teams. Two teams swept all three games and are in first place with 7 points. They are Team 9 (Pepe Cruz, Ned Martino, Ton Constantio, Robert Winston) and Team 11 (Lou Rybar, Bob Wolfe, Mike Bartolotta, Joe Flewellyn). No other scores were available.
