Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club Bowling
The Tashua Knolls Senior Men’s Club Tuesday Bowling on November 3-Week 9, at the Nutmeg Lanes in Fairfield saw Team 3 (Hugh Norton, Ron Fiorella, Chris Barrett, Terry McGuirk) in first place by two (2) points over Team 8 (Jim Rainey, Drew Kennedy, Alan Careddu, George Salmon) with 173 points. Bob Winston had a great bowling with a high scratch game of 265, the individual with handicap of 291, the three-game series of 695, and the series with handicap of 773. Team 4 (Ned Martino, Gary Will, Tom Frazer, Bob Winston) set new season highs for the Team Scratch Series of 2181 and the Team handicap series of 2799.
Bob Winston took over the High Individual leader at 196.00 followed by George Salmon at 195.86 and in third place is Terry McGuire at 188.67.
The Friday Bowling League on November 10 Week 6 saw
Team 1 ( Sam Caiola, Mark Paskus, Randy Burnham, Dan Maniscalco) and Team 9 (Pepe Cruz, Ned Martino, Ton Constantio, Robert Winston) still tied for first place with 30 points.. Carl Bluestein had a great day bowling the high individual game of 267, the Individual with handicap of 302, and the scratch series of 642. Alan Careddu bowled the series with handicap of 762. Robert Winston is the League’s Individual High Average at 197.83, in second place is Terry McGuirk at 187.28, and in third place is Carl Bluestein at 187.06.
