Tesoro To Be Sworn In As Trumbull First Selectman

Tesoro and other newly-elected town government officials will be sworn in.

On December 4, 2017, Vicki Tesoro will be sworn in as the next First Selectman of the Town of Trumbull, along with other newly elected town government officials, during a ceremony at Trumbull High School (THS) at 7pm. The ceremony is open to the public

Following the ceremony at THS, located at 72 Strobel Road in Trumbull, there will be a reception in the senior lounge.

In the interest of promoting town unity and acknowledging the wonderful young people who live in town, the Pledge of Allegiance will be led by students from each public school in Trumbull. The Trumbull Police Department, the town’s three Volunteer Fire Departments and the Emergency Medical Services will also be represented.

Tesoro is a committed public servant and volunteer who has lived in Trumbull for over 25 years with her husband Tom and their two daughters. Prior to being elected First Selectman, Tesoro served on the Board of Finance and Town Council as well as an original coalition member of the Trumbull Partnership Against Underage Drinking and Drugs. Tesoro is committed to implementing her vision of a more positive, transparent, and inclusive government in Trumbull that listens to the voices of its citizens.
