Organizations must be a currently established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization legally allowed to operate within the state of Connecticut or a community-based organization with a fiscal sponsor, according to Tesoro.
Funding is to be used exclusively for projects, programs, and services within the town of Trumbull that "support the COVID-19 public health and economic response by addressing COVID-19 and its impact on public health as well as addressing economic harms to households, small businesses, nonprofits, impacted industries, and the public sector," Tesoro said.
