TRUMBULL, CT - A Monroe resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Trumbull earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 22, Eugenia Ann Noce, of Monroe, purchased a 30X CASH 8th Edition ticket from the Trumbull Liquor Center and won $30,000.
