Lissvette A. Garcia, 22, and Eddie Davila Jr., 20, both of St. Stephens Road, Bridgeport, are each charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor.
Police said Garcia and Davila walked out of H & M in the Westfield Trumbull Mall and lifted a bag of alleged stolen merchandise over the sensors. Security followed the couple to a car where they allegedly found more merchandise, mostly infant clothing.
The merchandise was worth about $375, police said.
Garcia's bond was set at $500 and Dasilva's at $1,000 for appearances in Bridgeport Superior Court.
