Rushell Allen, 23, of Dorchester, Mass., and Ashauna Hall,18, of Bridgeport, allegedly pushed and shoved each other at the Westfield Trumbull Mall.
They are each charged with breach of the peace and they are free on written promises to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
