William A. Jordanho, 42, of Cedarcrest Road, Trumbull, is charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. Police said Jordanho was stopped on White Plains Road with a cracked windshield and allowed officers to search his vehicle. Officers found a glass pipe, steel wool and a small amount of crack cocaine. Jordanho was relreased on a written promise to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
