Michael Rodriguez, 45, of Broad Bridge Avenue, Stratford, is charged with interfering with police and failure to appear in court.
Rodriguez's bond was set at $20,000 in one case and $1,500 two other cases, police said.
In a separate incident, two Old Town Road, Bridgeport residents, are also accused of interfering with police.
Smileyne Charleston, 22, and Richie S. Charleston, 19, are each charged with interference.
They are free on written promises to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
