David Anthony Anderson, 20, is charged with third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny.
Police said police stopped Anderson, who was wanted on a warrant accusing him of making fraudulent returns at RadioShack in the Westfield Trumbull Mall totaling $208.
He is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.
