Trumbull Cops Remove Student With Alleged Pocket Knife

It's not clear what will happen to the student, who is a minor.

An eighth-grader in Trumbull's Alternative School (near Madison Middle School) has been removed from campus for allegedly brandishing a pocket knife in class.

Security saw the knife at 1 p.m. and contacted police, said Schools Supt. Ralph Iassogna.

He did not know if the student was under arrest or what school disciplinary actions might be taken.
