Latisha Lanae Simmons, 35, of Ezra Street, is charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of sixth-degree larceny after allegedly shoplifting at Old Navy.
Police said Simmons put merchandise in shopping bags and walked out without paying. The merchandise was valued at a total of about $370.
She was a with a juvenile and two minors she claimed were her children.
Her bond was set at $500 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
