Trumbull Health Department To Host BMX Bike Rodeo

TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Health Department and Trumbull BMX Track invite residents to learn the joy and health benefits of bicycling during a BMX Bike Rodeo event in town this month.

According to the town website, the event will be held Monday, July 10, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Indian Ledge Park upper lot, in front of the BMX track.

Guests are invited to learn basic bike safety and repair, rules of the road and riding techniques to make riding safer and more fun.

Games for kids and a BMX demonstration and trial for those interested will also be featured.
