Trumbull To Hold Second Presentation On Proposed Senior Center

TRUMBULL, CT — The town is scheduled to hold a second presentation on the proposed new senior and community center in Trumbull later this month.

According to the town website, a repeat of the presentation will be held Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. at the Trumbull Senior Center, located at 23 Priscilla Place.

The presentation is open to all Trumbull residents.

Due to space limitations at the senior center, the program is geared toward residents who were unable to attend the previous presentation held Sept. 17 at Madison Middle School but would like to learn more about the project, town officials said.

If the project is approved by referendum at the general election on Nov. 4, the proposed new senior and community center will be located at 5958 Main Street in Trumbull, according to the town.

Transportation will be available for residents 55 and older who do not drive or do not have access to a vehicle. Residents can call (203) 452-5137 to schedule a ride.
