Trumbull To Host Additional Flu Vaccination Walk-In Clinics
The Trumbull Health Department has announced additional flu vaccination walk-in clinics scheduled to take place in November.
TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Health Department has announced additional flu vaccination walk-in clinics scheduled to take place in November.
According to the town website, the Trumbull Health Department reminds residents that flu vaccinations are extremely important at this time of year during flu season.
The health department offers both the standard quad flu vaccine and the "senior" flu vaccine for resident over 65 years old while supplies last.

The following additional walk-in clinic times were announced this week by the Trumbull Health Department:
- Nov. 1: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Nov. 3: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
These clinics will be held while supplies last, according to the town website.

The health department is currently out of high dose flu shots but will offer standard flu shots for anyone above the age of 4 while supplies last.
Those planning to attend are encouraged to wear short sleeves and, to reduce wait times, download the flu vaccination consent form at www.trumbull-ct.gov/648/Flu-Shot-Clinics.
Complete the consent form in advance and bring a copy to the vaccination clinic. Forms will be available onsite at all vaccination clinics as well.
The Trumbull Health Department accepts most major insurances. For those without the above insurance, the standard seasonal flu vaccine cost is $40 (cash or check accepted).
Residents attending one of the health department clinics should bring their insurance card and driver's license/ID to the vaccination clinic.
