Jason Marcus Batts, 40, of North Avenue, Bridgeport, is charge with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.
Police said the tires, rims, a GPS Unit and $40 cash were stolen from a 1999 Honda Civic parked in the driveway of a Trumbull home in September 2012. The value of the items totaled $2,390, police said.
Batts's bond was set at $10,000 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
