Trumbull Police Now Hiring School Crossing Guard
The Trumbull Police Department is now hiring for a crossing guard position at an elementary school in town. Here's how to apply.

TRUMBULL, CT — The Trumbull Police Department is now hiring for a crossing guard position at Middlebrook Elementary School.
According to the department's Facebook page, the position will take place at the school, located on Middlebrooks Avenue, mornings from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and afternoons from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., as well as for late opening and early dismissal times.
The position pays $16.35 per hour, two hours per day on school days only, offering paid PTO but no other benefits, according to police.

All necessary training and equipment are supplied, and candidates must submit fingerprints and pass a background check, according to police.
