TRUMBULL, CT — On Sunday, the Trumbull Public Library will present an unforgettable afternoon of Americana music for the whole family with Marc Berger and RIDE taking center stage at the library's Community Room.

According to a news release provided by the library, this captivating performance promises to weave soulful storytelling of the old West with intricate melodies, offering audiences a musical journey unlike any other.

The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the library, located at 33 Quality Street.

Berger, renowned for his compelling narratives and heartfelt compositions, has dedicated his life to both creating original music and exploring the vast landscapes of the American West, according to the library.

Having graced stages at prestigious festivals like Austin's SXSW Music Festival and the Kerrville and Falcon Ridge Folk Festivals, Berger's music resonates deeply with audiences of all ages. His critically acclaimed album, "RIDE," which delves into the romance of the West, has garnered national airplay and even earned placement in STARBUCKS for worldwide in-store airplay, according to the library.

This special concert will feature songs from the "RIDE" album, accompanied by the fabulous RIDE Band, as well as unforgettable stories from Berger's experiences as an easterner navigating the mountain and desert landscapes of the West, according to the library.

Sunday's concert will also feature musicians Steve Kirkman on the electric guitar, Jeff Eyrich on the Upright Bass, Ariel Bernstein on Drums.

Admission to the concert is free, and all members of the community are invited to attend. Seating is limited, so early arrival is recommended.
