Feda joined COC, a "provider of high quality, affordable homes for thousands of low- and moderate-income Stamford families and market-rate residents," right out of college in 2010, first as a temporary employee before being quickly promoted to handling accounts payable, according to COC.
He then advanced through several positions of increasing responsibility, including accountant, finance manager and director of finance prior to becoming CFO.

During his time at COC, the organization has transformed its finance department, refining its processes, adopting new technologies and producing increasingly strong audit results, all while doubling its staff to accommodate continued growth in volumes and complexity, according to COC.
As CFO, Feda is responsible for the financial management of COC and its real estate development subsidiary, Rippowam Corporation, ensuring financial strength and sustainability, backed up by strict controls.
He also oversees the organization's information technology and risk management departments, according to COC.
"I've always enjoyed the numbers, and at COC I've been able to learn, grow and put those skills to good work, both for the company and our residents," Feda said in a news release. "It's also very fulfilling to be part of such a collaborative team and to see how COC has redeveloped and improved its properties over the years."
Feda grew up in Stamford and Greenwich and graduated from Greenwich High School. He currently lives in Trumbull with his wife and twin boys.
Feda holds a bachelor of arts degree in finance from La Salle University, an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a certified management accountant designation.
