Trumbull Schools Appoints New Facilities Manager

The Trumbull Public Schools proudly announces that Mark Deming will become the district’s Director of Buildings and Facility Maintenance beginning on July 1.

Deming has demonstrated exemplary leadership as the Director of Facilities in the Branford Public School District since 2001, according to a release issued by Trumbull Schools Thursday. There, he directed an aggressive energy efficiency plan while managing all construction, renovation and sub-contracting for extensive capital and operations funded projects.

Prior to Deming’s leadership role in Branford, he held supervisory positions in Physical Plant, Contracting and Medical School Facilities at Yale University.

Deming was most impressive in the interview process, which included a committee consisting of representation from the Board of Education, staff and community members.
