Vendors, Entertainment Lineup Set For 2023 Trumbull Arts Festival

Residents can enjoy live music, vendors, food trucks and more during the 44th annual Trumbull Arts Festival this fall.

TRUMBULL, CT — Musicians, authors, food trucks and more will flock to the Town Hall Green on Sept. 30 for the annual Trumbull Arts Festival.

Held by the town's Parks and Recreation department, the free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.

Erica Pivor, the department's arts and events coordinator, told Patch this year's festival will mark the culmination of an entire year of planning for the department.

"The Trumbull Arts Festival has a longstanding history," Pivor said in an email to Patch, "and people wish to recognize and support the arts in our town."

The event will feature a number of artists, exhibitors, food trucks and crafts throughout the day, including:

  • Tom Weber Children's Music - 10 a.m.
  • Gentle Yoga with Sarah Strong - 11 a.m.
  • Author Gabriella Gizzo reading "Sophie's Special Story" - noon
  • Acoustic Musician Ryan Collins - 12:30 p.m.
  • "Genre-Blending" Band Red Matter - 2 p.m.

Organizers of the festival also recently announced an extensive list of exhibitors who will be present for the festival, which can be viewed here.

"Between the artists, exhibitors, crafts, yoga, live music and food...the entire festival is something to look forward to," Pivor said, "and there is art and activities for all ages."

The festival draws artists and crafters from around the state and features something for everyone, including handmade purses, artisan soaps, jewelry, birdhouses, pottery and pet accessories, according to the town website.

All vendors and food trucks will be available throughout the day until the festival ends at 4 p.m.

"It's a chance to come together as a community and appreciate the incredible exhibitors, talented musicians and remarkable artists for a full day of entertainment and enjoyment," Pivor said. "We look forward to enhancing and growing the arts festival as part of our arts and events programming."
