A Bridgeport woman is accused assaulting a man during an argument at the Westfield Trumbull Mall.
Cristina Leonor, 23, of Palm Street, is charged with risk of injury to a minor, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of the peace and third-degree assault.
Police said Leonor hit the man with her purse as he held a minor child and ripped his shirt.
Her bond was set at $5,000 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
