10th Anniversary Rockville High School Hall Of Fame Class Announced

VERNON, CT — The roster for the 10th Anniversary Rockville High School Athletic Hall of Fame Class was announced Monday.

The 2023 ceremony is scheduled for Sept. 17 in the RHS auditorium. A social event is on tap for 12:30 p.m. with the induction slated for 2 p.m.

Meet the RHS Hall of Fame Class of 2023:

• Lisa M. Aschenbrenner (Class of 1988) — volleyball and softball
• Carol D. Hartmann (Class of 1974) — coach, girls tennis, 1998 to 2022)
• Patricia Logan, coach 1969 to 2004, badminton, volleyball
• James M. Sutherland IV (Class of 1996), ice hockey
• Bonnie J. Tierney (Class of 1973), badminton, basketball, gymnastics, softball
• Gregory Wolniec (Class of 1991) — football, basketball
