Friends of Rockville Public Library

Welcome to, the first meeting of the Friends of Rockville Public Library in 2026 on Thursday, January 8th at noon in the first floor community room.

We will be joined by Stephanie Wagner of the Lion's Club who had to cancel last month due to illness, so bring any old glasses to donate and she will explain what the Lion's Club does with them as well as other programs of the Lion's Club.

As a reminder, the Friends offer many museum passes listed on the library website, where most can be ordered and printed by looking under Collections.

Thanks to all who baked or purchased trays at  our Holiday Cookie Sale.   Proceeds fund our museum passes, purchase gift cards for the Summer Reading Program and purchase requests for the library not in their budget.
