Northern CT Weather: It Will Feel Like 5 Below Zero Tuesday
Here are new details on a very changing weather forecast and a look at our next possible snowstorm later in the week.
NORTHERN CONNECTICUT — Enjoy the upper 20s temperature reading Monday, as that will feel like a heatwave compared to what is to come on Tuesday.
Temperatures will plummet into the single digits Monday night, and they won't rise much on Tuesday. The daytime high temperature on Tuesday is forecast to be around 15 degrees, and the wind chill factor will make it feel even colder.
Wind chill values could fall to 5 below zero Tuesday, the weather service cautions. Temperatures fall to around 5 degrees Tuesday night.

We do moderate into the mid 30s on Wednesday and almost 40 degrees on Thursday. Fortunately, the worst of the cold weather only lasts about 36 hours. And our next snow chance appears to be next weekend, but that is very much up in the air right now. More on that later in the week.
