At 616 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain over most of western and central Massachusetts, as well as northern Connecticut, moving to the
northeast at 45 mph.

E. HARTFORD - Delays. I-84 Westbound is congested between Exits 54 and 50 (0.7 miles). Reported Thursday, June 9 at 8:22 am.
