The Branford-based Geenty Group Realtors announced the offering of the 54.45-acre tract Monday. The asking price is $615,000.

Since 1987, this parcel has served as a home "to radio station transmissions," according to the listing.
The Vernon portion of the land is situated directly across from the north end of the Vernon Greenway Dart Trail and kayak launch.
