UConn Basketball Legend Again Bringing Her Camp To Vernon
The Dream Big Basketball Camp for Girls is coming to Rockville High School.

VERNON, CT — University of Connecticut basketball legend Kara Wolters is again bringing her Dream Big Basketball Camp for Girls to Rockville High School.
This year's dates are July 28 to Aug. 1.
"Our philosophy is simple — give girls a basic understanding of the game of basketball while instilling in them life's lessons and the qualities and characteristics that will enable them to be successful as young women in today's world," Wolters says. "We strive to create an atmosphere that is educational but at the same time one that embodies a social, friendly and entertaining atmosphere. In other words, fun."
