A Vernon Holiday Season Tradition — Toys For Tikes — In Need Of Donations

VERNON, CT — It's time again for one of Vernon's biggest charitable endeavors.

The Vernon Volunteer Firefighters Association is seeking contributions of new toys and financial donations for its annual Toys for Tikes gift drive.

Each Christmas the firefighters distribute the toys to the community's less -fortunate children.

Toys will be collected until Dec. 19.

New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at any of the following locations:

Distribution to families who have pre-registered will take place on Dec. 22 after 6:30 p.m.
