Visions for Vacancies: Is there a Green Light for the Greenhouse?

It's the hottest commercial area in town right now.

Tractor Supply recently opened there.

The building next store is being converted into a motorized scooter company. 

Cumberland Farms recently broke ground on a new store across the street. 

And sitting there available is the the old greenhouse in the commercial plaza on Talcottville Road - Route 83. It is being used for inventory storage right now but a for lease sign is up.
