36-Unit Affordable Housing Complex Proposed For Woodhouse Avenue
The project is being proposed by Wallingford's Ahearn Development Company.

A proposal to turn 88 and 58 Woodhouse Ave into a 36-unit apartment complex has been submitted to the Wallingford Inland, Wetlands and Watercourses Commission.
The proposal, was which put forth by Ahearn Development Company, is being proposed under state affordable housing guidelines, according to The Record-Journal. Eighty-eight Woodhouse Ave is the home of Ahearn Development Company's main office, which would be replaced by the apartment complex, according to the newspaper.
Fifty-eight Woodhouse Ave meanwhile is a vacant lot, according to The Record-Journal. The Inland, Wetlands and Watercourses Commission has yet to rule on the proposal.
