Taste your way through Macoun, Cortland, Empire, Jonagold, Crispin, EverCrisp, Pink Lady, and Fuji, and learn what makes each variety unique. Informational sheets will be available to grab, so you can explore flavor profiles, textures, and best uses for each apple.
