WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford man has been arrested on a child pornography charge, according to police.

Roy C. Edwards, 48, turned himself in on a warrant on Oct. 13 in connection with possessing child sexual abuse material, according to Lt. Stephen Jaques.

Jaques said the initial complaint was received by the Wallingford Police Department from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in December 2024, when Edwards had “uploaded multiple images of Child Sexual Abuse Material to his Verizon Wireless account.”
