Obituary: Elizabeth Ann Martin, 83, of Wallingford
Elizabeth was known for her sense of humor and great love for her family. She worked for Gaylord Hospital as a housekeeper for many years.

WALLINGFORD, CT -(From Wallingford Funeral Home) Elizabeth Ann Martin, 83, of Wallingford, passed away October 25, 2021 at MidState Medical Center.
Elizabeth was born in New Haven on July 31, 1938, a daughter of the late Carl and Helen (Sullivan) Luth.
She worked for Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford as a housekeeper for many years until retiring. Her hobbies included ceramics and art at the Wallingford Senior Center. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a way of making everyone feel special and her sense of humor will be forever missed.
She is survived by her Sons, Alexander Martin of Wallingford, John Martin of Hebron and Leonard Martin and his wife, Arlene, of Wallingford; her daughter, Elizabeth Gogliettino and her husband, James, of Wallingford; her sister, Barbara Erff of Guilford; her grandchildren, Brian, Jeffrey and Alyssa Martin, Jenna and Mallory Gogliettino, and Colton, Greyson and Alana Martin; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, Nancy Massaro, her brothers, Charles and John Luth and her grandson, Gary Martin.
Her family will receive relatives and friends at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext. on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 9 am until 11 am with a funeral service to follow at 11 am in the funeral home.
Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery will be private.
