Csech, 87, of Wallingford, husband of the late Cecelia (Simko) Csech, passed away December 25, 2021 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.He was born in Bridgeport on July 2, 1934, a son of the late Harry and Annie (Tottle) Csech.He was a member of the Wallingford Rod and Gun Club where he was an avid hunter, fisherman, and anything outdoors. He took great pride in his job as the Captain for the Department of Environmental Protection.He is survived by his son, Allan Csech of Wallingford; his daughter, Shirley Lazor of East Hampton; and his grandchildren, Adam, Rachael and Nathan Lazor.Harry's family will receive relatives and friends at The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext. on Friday, December 31, 2021 from 9 am until 11 am. A funeral service will follow at 11 am in the funeral home. Interment will be private. Gifts in his memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
